Expectations

The game is free-to-play. Adding advertisements is not planned.
If streaming on Twitch, please use the official Bot Land category.
“Bot Land” is stylized as two capitalized words.
Bot Land officially launches on September 24th, 2019. The roadmap shows what work is left before launching.
Tell your viewers about the referral system; in the Settings dialog for new accounts (accounts less than 24 hours old), they can specify your Bot Land username so that you get credit for referring them. They also get a small Botcoin bonus.
There are two major ways of directly interacting with your audience:
- Sharing a link to your defense for them to attack (and vice versa). This is done via the Settings menu ⚙ at the upper right → “Enable public attacks”.
- Attacking someone back by choosing the Revenge option in your battle log.
I suggest sticking with Blockly even if you understand JavaScript. This video is quite helpful for using Blockly. The ❔ button in each script view will bring you to documentation that may help.
